Liability:  the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities at the Lew Clarkson Park – Northwest 54th Avenue, Johnston Iowa premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the city of Johnston, and its employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims as well as Iowa Parks and Recreation Association, its employees, board of directors, and its agents from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Cancellation:  this event will take place rain or shine.  In the event of severe weather, the event will be cancelled for the safety of everyone, and a full refund of exhibitor booth fee will given.  Exhibitors will be contacted via email with as much advance notice as possible.
